{"id":233,"date":"2025-11-11T13:17:00","date_gmt":"2025-11-11T12:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pensive-dirac.217-154-186-212.plesk.page\/?p=233"},"modified":"2025-12-28T13:21:13","modified_gmt":"2025-12-28T12:21:13","slug":"silje-informa-firmeza-ante-el-expediente-disciplinario-a-nuestro-presidente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/silje.es\/index.php\/2025\/11\/11\/silje-informa-firmeza-ante-el-expediente-disciplinario-a-nuestro-presidente\/","title":{"rendered":"SILJE informa: firmeza ante el expediente disciplinario a nuestro presidente"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Sindicato Independiente de la Limpieza de Jerez (SILJE) informa que, en relaci\u00f3n con el expediente disciplinario abierto por la empresa Jerez UTE contra Juan Manuel Valero, presidente de este sindicato, ya se han presentado las correspondientes alegaciones dentro del plazo legal establecido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actualmente, estas alegaciones est\u00e1n siendo valoradas por la empresa Jerez UTF, y desde SILJE permanecemos atentos y expectantes ante la resoluci\u00f3n que se adopte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde este sindicato consideramos inaceptable que se recurra a procedimientos disciplinarios como forma de presi\u00f3n o represalia hacia quienes representan y defienden los intereses de la plantilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SILJE no permitir\u00e1 ning\u00fan intento de coartar la libertad sindical ni de intimidar a quienes ejercen su labor sindical con compromiso, transparencia y responsabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el resultado de este expediente, SILJE actuar\u00e1 con determinaci\u00f3n, utilizando todos los medios sindicales, legales y sociales a su disposici\u00f3n para proteger a sus representantes y a todos los trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, seg\u00fan la resoluci\u00f3n que adopte la empresa sobre este expediente, SILJE convocar\u00e1 una Reuni\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Informativa abierta para todos los trabajadores si fuera necesario, con el fin de informar de la situaci\u00f3n y decidir entre todos los pasos a seguir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hacemos un llamamiento a la unidad, al apoyo y a la solidaridad de toda la plantilla.
